Mark your calendar to join us for a scrumptious meal prepared by First Friday Host, Eight Street Mennonite Church. A hearty, West Africa ground nut stew with various topping choices, rice, homemade breads and for dessert, Christmas cookies and dessert bars will be served from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. unless we run out, and it’s a good bet that we will. The cost for the meal is a suggested donation of $9.00 or more, and all proceeds will benefit The Window’s program.
July First Friday Meal
It’s Greek night at The Window. Friday, July 6th from 4:30 p.m. to7:00 p.m. (unless we run out of food), Katie’s Kitchen is serving maroulosalata (salad),homemade pitas with tzatziki and hummus, braised chicken over rice pilaf, spanikopita(spinach pie) and baklava for dessert. The cost for the meal is a suggested $9.00 and all proceeds benefit The Window’s programs.
